I take up the role of project manager within your company and take care of the necessary guidance, planning and coaching, of course always in close communication with the project owners and all internal and external stakeholders.

I work according to the well-known PDCA cycle – Plan – Do – Check – Act, consciously adding “listen” and “feel”.

To actively listen at what goes on in an organization is the beginning of each well supported innovation.

To regularly feel – while working toward the innovation – how people are experiencing the changes, is a conditio sine qua non for success and long-term result.

As project coach

There are several projects on your company’s to do list but a transparent overview and ough follow up and follow through of resources and planning are somewhat or heavily missing…

You are in need of (implementing) structure for and follow up of all these projects and you are looking for someone who can introduce this into your company.

My experience in developing and implementing a company-own project methodology and building a project office can certainly be of service to you.
